I don’t get how some people can live in America their whole life and not know how to construct a coherent sentence with proper spelling. Like, how does it feel to spend a ridiculous amount of time in English class and not know how to utilize anything they’ve learned? I mean, I’m not perfect, but I try my best. I know people who moved here two years ago from another country knowing little to no English and can speak it better than people who have lived here their whole lives. I just don’t get it.
